| 摘 要： | 系统研究了21个葡萄品种实生种子的萌芽率和成苗率的差异.结果表明：欧亚种品种间、欧美杂种品种间以及欧亚种与欧美杂种品种间实生种子的萌芽率和成苗率均存在明显差异;葡萄种子萌芽很不整齐,不同品种从催芽到萌芽所需时间以及萌芽势也有所不同.并探讨了不同葡萄品种的萌芽率、成苗率与葡萄育种以及播种方法的关系问题.

| Abstract: | In this paper,the difference of germination rate and seedling percentage of 21 cultivars was systematically studied.It is concluded that the difference of germination rate and seedling percentage were significantly different among cultivars of V.vinifera,Francoamerican,and WTBX]V.vinifera and Franco-american.Germination of grape seeds was out of trim.Time from acceleration the germination of seeds to germination of different cultivars was diversified,and germination tendency was also different.The problem of difference of germination rate and seedling percentage concerning with grape breeding and planting method were discussed. |
