测定果梅枝条电导率的取样研究

摘    要:以果梅(Prunus mume Sieb.et Zucc)枝条为试材对不同取样时期、不同取样部位及不同枝龄枝的电导率测定值大小的差异进行了研究。结果表明:相同时期1年和2年生枝条的电导率之间存在显著性差异;不同时期所取1年生枝条的电导率之间也存在显著性差异;而同时期树冠不同部位的1年生枝的电导率间差异不显著。

Abstract:The differences of fruiting plum of branch electric conductivities of different testing times,different sampling positions and difffernet branch ages ( Prunus mume Sieb.et Zucc.) were studied in this paper.The results showed that there were significant differences,between the electric conductivities of both the one year old and the two year old branches in the same time,and between the electric conductivities of the one year old branches in different times.However,there were no significant differences between the electric conductivities of the one year old branches in different positions of the canopy in the same time.All the above could be some help to the utilization of electric conductivity tester in the studies of fruit resistances.
