鲍氏层孔菌以固体培养基为基质的人工培养技术研究

摘    要:试验目的在于探索出鲍氏层孔菌子实体人工培养的发酵培养基的最佳配方。配方设计采用3因素3水平的正交试验设计,找出适于鲍氏层孔菌生长的最佳氮源、碳源及木屑种类,以及3者的最佳组合配方。

Abstract:Phellinus baumii has strong effects of anticancer and cancer prevention caused by polysaccharides(glucose,galactose,mannite,arabinose,fucose)contained in mycelium and sporocarp.Artificial culture of Phellinus baumii is studied in early stage,not perfect and has not become industrialization although some reports on correlative techniques from Korea.There is no report on artificial culture of Phellinus baumii found in China yet.This test is aimed to develop an optimum formula of fermentation medium for artificial culture of Phellinus baumii sporocarp.Orthogonal experimental design with 3 factors and 3 levels was carried on to find the best nitrogen source,carbon source,logging debris and their best combinations.
