| 摘 要： | 乌药烷型倍半萜金粟兰内酯A及类似物是一类有良好生物活性的分子,具有特殊的cis,trans-3-5-6三环骨架。对金粟兰内酯A进行了合成探索,以环己酮为起始原料经7步合成了关键中间体1,5-烯炔3。

| Abstract: | Lindenane-type sesquiterpenoid chloranthalactone A and its analogues inhibited good bioactivity and possessed characteristic cis,trans-3-5-6 tricyclic skeleton.This study investigated the synthesis of chloranthalactone A and synthesized key intermediate 1,5-enyne 3 through seven steps using cyclohexanone as starting material. |
