农业产业组织绩效评价体系建构及实证研究

摘    要:农业产业组织绩效评估指标体系,是按照系统方法论,为实现组织评估目的,遵循特定原则构建的评估系统结构。这一系统结构是反映农业产业组织各个侧面绩效的一系列相关指标集合。提出了我国农业产业组织绩效评估的设计原则尧指标筛选方法和评估指标体系,构建了农业产业组织绩效综合评价模型;以辽宁地区部分农业产业组织生产基地为例对农业产业组织绩效评价进行实证分析,指出农业产业组织一体化经营的各种效益都随着农产品生态水平的提高而相应提高,并提出相关对策建议。

Construction and empirical research on performanceevaluation system of agricultural organization
Abstract:The performance appraisal indicator system of agricultural organization is an appraisal system that isconstructed to realize the evaluation on the basis of system methodology in particular principles. This system is anintegration of a series of related indicators reflecting the performance of all parts of the agricultural organization. In thispaper, the researchers put forward the design principles, index selection method and evaluation index system, and constructthe comprehensive evaluation model. Some of agricultural industry production bases in Liaoning area are taken as examplesto carry out an empirical analysis of performance evaluation. It is concluded that the effectiveness of agricultural industryintegrating operation will be improved with the increase of ecological level of agricultural products. And some relativestrategies and suggestions are offered in this paper.
