摘    要:为证实微生物菌对土残农药有较好的降解作用,进行了一系列实验室和大田土壤的农药降解试验。结果表明,水解试验中,EM菌和枯草芽孢杆菌对辛硫磷、丙溴磷降解比较明显;枯草芽孢杆菌对土壤中受试农药甲基对硫磷具有较强的降解能力,同时对枯草芽孢杆菌降解土残农药的用量做了初步研究。

Abstract:In order to study the degradation of microbial agents to pesticide residues in soil,a series of experiments had been carried out in laboratory and field.The results showed that EM bacteria and Bacillus subtilis had obvious degradation to phoxim and profenofos in the hydrolysis experiment.Bacillus subtilis had also strong biodegradability to methyl parathion in the soil.A preliminary study was done yet on the amount of the Bacillus subtilis agent to the pesticide residues in soil.
