摘    要:ROP蛋白是植物特有的一类小G蛋白,在植物信号传导途径中起重要作用.拟南芥共编码11种ROP蛋白,为明确ROP蛋白在拟南芥抗病反应中的作用,将病原细菌Pseudomonas syringaepv.tomatoDC3000接种于各AtROP的激活和失活突变体后,观察其增殖情况.结果表明,AtROP2和AtROP11抑制病原菌的增殖,而AtROP10则促进病原菌的增殖,其他At-ROP对Pst.DC3000的增殖没有影响.

Abstract:ROPs(Rho of plant) are special small GTPases,which belong to a unique class of Rho-like proteins in plants.ROPs have been implicated in regulating various plant cellular responses including pathways regulating disease resistance.Genome analysis has shown that there are 11 genes encoding different ROPs in Arabidopsis thaliana.To reveal which AtROP protein is involved in pathways regulating disease resistance,Pseudomonas syringae pv.tomato DC3000(Pst.DC3000) was inoculated into the mutants of different AtROPs and bacterial multiplication was detected.Our results prove that AtROP2 and AtROP11 suppress the bacterial multiplication,but AtROP10 accelerates the multiplication of Pst.DC3000,other AtROPs have no effect.Our studies will help to realize the role of ROPs in mediating plant disease resistance.
