浙江红花油茶果实经济性状变异的研究

摘    要:对浙江红花油茶果实的经济性状变异进行了研究,结果表明:浙江红花油茶果实经济性状在单株内、单株间以及产地间均存在着较大的变异;在产地内单株间果实各性状的变异均达到了极显著的水平;在产地间果实各性状的差异均达到了显著水平,其中果重、果高、果径和果皮厚的差异都达到了极显著水平,果形指数、鲜出籽率、单果籽数和千克籽数的差异都达到了显著水平;在产地内单株间和单株内果实各性状变异程度都遵循果重、单果籽数、千克籽数〉鲜出籽率、果皮厚〉果高、果径、果形指数的规律,采样总体果实性状的变异程度遵循果重〉千克籽数〉鲜出籽率〉单果籽数〉果皮厚〉果高〉果径〉果形指数;另外,聚类分析结果表明,黄金村和郑地村的果实性状归为同一类,黄檀林场和应村乡的果实性状归为同一类,大洋山林区的果实性状和黄金村和郑地村的较接近.

Abstract:An investigation of Camellia chekiangoleosa in 6 counties of Zhejiang showed considerable inter-and intra-individual and inter-habitat differences in their economic characters.Within the same habitat,the variance of all the fruit characters studied was highly significant.Between different habitats,the fruit traits studied were significantly different,and the differences in fruit weight,fruit height,fruit diameter and peel thickness were highly significant and the differences in fruit shape index,seed weight in fresh fruit,seed number per fruit and seed weight per kg were significant.Within the same habitat,fruit weight showed the greatest variation,followed in order by seed number per fruit,seed weight per kg;seed weight in fresh fruit,peel thickness,fruit height,fruit diameter and fruit shape index.In all the samples collected,the degree of variation of the studied traits followed the sequence of fruit weight>seed number per kg>seed weight in fresh fruit>seed number per fruit>peel thickness>fruit height>fruit diameter>fruit shape index.Cluster analysis based on fruit characters grouped the fruit produced in Huangjin and Zhengdi Villages into one cluster and the fruit produced in Huangtai Forestry Farm and Yingcun Township into another.Fruit produced in the forest area of Dayangshan was similar to those of Huangjin and Zhengdi Villages.
