海峡两岸农产品第四方物流关键技术研发

针对闽台物流信息化建设中的实际问题,围绕物流信息自动采集、集成共享,开展物流信息互联和共享平台关键技术的研究,研发自动化和智能化的现代物流互联平台。建立闽台物流配送信息库,研究基于物联网物流配送管理,提供物流资源配置和管理、物流配送调度管理、物流业务动态监控、物流信息查询、物流实时决策支持等服务。利用射频识别、地理信息系统、全球定位系统和通用无线分组业务等技术,实现基于物联网的货物配送动态路径规划和导航、信息查询、指挥与决策等功能。研究闽台经贸合作信息标准,实现闽台经贸交流的"书同文,文同意"。建立闽台经贸合作协同服务基础平台,并在此基础上运营闽台电子物流协同服务系统,为闽台经贸合作提供强有力的科技支撑。

Research on the Key Technologies of the Fourth-party Logistics for Agricultural Products in the Cross-Taiwan Straits

Based on the practical issues on the construction of logistics information in the cross-Taiwan Straits, focusing on the automatic acquisition, integration and sharing of the logistics information, this paper researched on the key technologies of logistics information interconnection and sharing platform for the development of modern logistics automation and intelligent. The logistics information database was established, and the logistics and distribution management were researched based on the Internet of Things, for providing logistics resource allocation and management, logistics management, logistics business dynamic monitoring , logistics information query, logistics real-time decision support service. Using radio frequency identification, geographic information systems, global positioning system and General Packet Radio Service technology, the distribution of goods dynamic path planning and navigation, information query, command and decision-making functions based on the Internet of Things were realized. Research on Fujian and Taiwan’s economic and trade cooperation information standards were to achieve the standardization of the economic and trade exchanges. Fujian and Taiwan’s economic and trade cooperation service platform was established and the logistics service system was operated, to provide a strong scientific and technological support for Fujian and Taiwan’s trade cooperation.
