| 摘 要： | 噬菌体展示技术是近年来在生物工程研究领域中发展起来的一项新技术,该技术将基因型和表现型有效地联系起来,是后基因组工程的有力工具。本文针对噬菌体展示技术中关键的两个环节--噬菌体载体的选择和噬菌体筛选技术的进展作了综述性的介绍。
