摘 要: | 通过查阅国内相关文献,概述沙棘叶中沙棘叶总黄酮的分离纯化方法.结果显示,沙棘叶总黄酮的分离纯化方法有X-5大孔吸附树脂纯化法、胺基吸附树脂纯化法、FL-1多功能吸附树脂纯化法、硅胶分离纯化法、硅胶G分离纯化法和Wakogel40C18硅胶层析柱分离纯化法.虽然已有不少沙棘叶总黄酮的分离纯化方法,但随着新药研发中对有效部位要求的提高,还需进一步优化沙棘叶总黄酮的分离纯化方法.

Abstract: | The separation and purification of total flavonoids from Hippophae rhamnoides leaves were reviewed by referring to relevant literature at domestic. The results showed that there are the total flavonoids, separation and purification method with X-5 macroporous adsorption resin purification method, amino resin adsorption purification method, FL-1 multifunctional adsorption resin purification method, silica gel, silica gel G purification, separation and purification method of Wakogel40C18 and silica gel column chromatography purification method. Although there are many separation and purification methods, with the increasing of the requirements for the effective part in new drug research and development, the methods for separating and purifying total flavonoids of seabuekthom leaves should be further optimized. |
