摘    要:[目的]探究NaC1溶液对王不留行种子萌发的影响.[方法]采用培养皿发芽法研究不同浓度的NaCl对王不留行种子萌发主要生理指标的影响.[结果]王不留行种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数均表现出随着NaCl浓度的升高而降低的趋势,相对盐害率则表现出与NaCl浓度的正相关.[结论]王不留行种子具有一定的耐盐性;浓度为0.7%的NaCl是胁迫王不留行种子萌发的极限浓度.

Abstract:[ Objective ] The research aimed to study the effect of NaCl solution on seed germination of Vaccaria segetalis. [ Method ] The effect of different NaCl level on physiological index of seed germination of Vaccaria segetalis was examined by culture dish treatment. [ Result ] The germination rate, germination potential and germination index of Vaccaria segetalis declined with the increase of NaCl level, while the relative salt injury rate was positively correlated with NaCl level. [ Conclusion]The seed of Vaccaria segetalis exhibited a certain salt tolerance;0.7% NaCI was the maximum salinity on seed germination.
