基于LabVIEW的转子振动信号分析

摘    要:利用理论与仿真试验相结合的方法,深入研究了转子振动信号分析中的相关运算,并利用此运算提取由质量偏心引起的不平衡振动信号中基频的幅值和相位,为检验分析计算模块的可靠性,设计了仿真信号试验,并对实验结果进行了统计分析,证明了计算结果的准确性。

Abstract:This design uses the method that the theory and the simulative experiment combine together, and further investigates the correlation operation in the analysis to the rotor's vibration signal, and utilizes this operation to draw the amplitude and phase of the base frequenty from the imbalance vibration signal that causes from the quality eccentricity. In order to check and analyze the dependability of the calculation module, this subject also has designed the simulative experiment, and has carried out the statistical analysis to the experimental result, and has proved the accuracy of the result of calculation.
