五昧子镇痛效果研究

采用热板法、小鼠醋酸扭体法和小鼠热水缩尾法研究了不同浓度五味子水煎液（10％、30％、90％）的镇痛作用效果，并通过小鼠福尔马林试验研究了五味子的镇痛作用机制。结果表明，一定浓度的五味子水煎液可减少醋酸所致小鼠扭体次数，延长扭体出现的潜伏期和热水所致小鼠缩尾的潜伏期，提高热板所致小鼠舔足的痛阈；在小鼠福尔马林试验中，五味子水煎液可抑制第Ⅱ时相的反应，而对第Ⅰ时相的反应无影响。

Study on Analgesia Effect of Schisandra chinensis
