庄河大骨鸡的营养需要推荐量研究和参考饲料配方

庄河大骨鸡具有体型大、风味好、耐粗饲和适合放养等特性，因而形成了自身所特有的营养需要特点。但针对庄河大骨鸡营养需要量的研究却很少，影响了饲料的利用率和养殖经济效益。在参考了商业化品种/品系肉鸡和蛋鸡的营养需要及我国其他地方品种鸡营养需要量研究的基础上，根据本项目组所饲养大骨鸡的相关数据，提出了庄河大骨鸡的种鸡、蛋用鸡和肉用鸡的推荐营养水平；在估算放养条件下营养需要和摄入基础上，提出了散养大骨鸡的补饲营养水平推荐量；并根据现有饲料原料营养价值和价格，设计了相应的饲料配方。

Research on the Recommended Amount of Nutritional Requirement and Reference of Feed Formulas for Zhuanghe Dagu Chicken

The characteristics of Zhuanghe Dagu chicken are good tasty, large size, strong toler-ance for roughage and suitable for free-range. So, specific nutritional requirement was formed in Dagu chicken. Now, seldom results concerning nutritional requirement of Dagu chicken were reported and affected the utilization rate of feed and economic benefit of breeding. According to the re-sults of Dagu chicken rearing in our farm, we suggested the recommended amount of nutritional re-quirement for breeding hens, egg-laying poultry and market poultry refer to the data of nutrition-al need for commercial and native chicken breeds/strains. Recommended amount of supplementary nu-tritional requirement for free-range Dagu chicken was proposed based on nutritional need and in-take of chicken in free-range. Various feed formulas in accord with feeding types were programmed depended on price and feeding value of feedstuff.
