浅析吉林省湿地保护管理现状

吉林省湿地资源具有类型多、分布广，区域特性强，生物多样性丰富的特点。为保护好这些资源，本文对吉林省湿地保护管理情况进行了详细的分析。现阶段已完成吉林省湿地保护十年规划、建立了湿地保护法规制度体系、湿地保护管理体系基本形成、管理机构基本健全、基础工作逐步加强、大力推进湿地保护与恢复工程建设、资源合理利用成就显著、广泛开展了湿地宣传教育与国际合作等成绩，但也存在对湿地保护认识不足、资金投入不足、湿地缺水、湿地破坏严重等问题，相应地提出了湿地保护管理的一些建议。

Current Situation of Wetland Conservation and Management in Jilin Province of China

The wetland resources of Jilin Province have some characteristics including multiple wetland types, large surface area, significant regional characteristics and abundant biodiversity. To conserve these resources, the current situation of wet-land conservation and management was surveyed and analyzed in Jilin Province. The achievements were ： wetland conservation planning was carried out for ten years, laws and a regulatory system for wetland conservation were established ~ a fundamental wetland management system was formed, management agencies were gradually established, the basic work of wetland manage- ment was gradually strengthened, projects for wetland conservation and restoration were vigorously promoted, great achieve-ments were made in rational utilization of wetland resources , wetland education and imernational cooperation were carried out. But some problems were found, including limited understanding of wetland conservation, lack of capital investment, lack of water resources in the wetlands , and wetland destruction , all of which remained very serious to date. We offer countermeas-ures for wetland conservation and management.
