| 摘 要： | 对当前的棉花收储政策、棉花滑准税、棉花生产方式等与贸易自由化相关的因素进行了分析,指出了政策方面的缺陷,并提出了棉花贸易自由化中政府应当有所作为,通过政府行为维护国内市场竞争,扶持产业发展。
