| 摘 要： | 用不同剂量（２５０mg/kg,1250mg/kg,2500mg/kg)的阿魏菇（Pleurotus ferulea)对实验小鼠连续灌胃１０d，取其血清测定体液免疫功能，从外周血分离出淋巴细胞测定ＮＫ细胞活性；取腹腔巨噬细胞（ＭΦ）测定非特异性免疫功能，取红细胞进行红细胞免疫功能测定。实验发现，与对照组比较，Ｐ．ferulae能有效增强小鼠的体液免疫功能（Ｐ＜０．０５）且有剂量依赖关系；红细胞Ｃ３bR花环率明显提高，ＩＣ花环率有所下降，但对非特异性免疫功能、细胞免疫功能无明显影响。

| Abstract: | Different doses(250mg/kg,1250mg/kg,2500mg/kg)of Pleurotus ferulae were fed orally for 10 days.Humoral and cellular immune functions were detected:the effects of P.ferulae on the immune function of peritoneal macrophage and erythrocyte were also studied.The results suggested that comparing with control P.ferulae could increase humoral immune function(p<0 05)in a dose-dependent manner;RBC-C 3b R floral hoop rate increased significantly,but RBC-IC floral hoop rate decreased and the effects on nonspecific immunity were not marked. |
