阿魏菇对小鼠免疫功能的影响

摘    要:用不同剂量(250mg/kg,1250mg/kg,2500mg/kg)的阿魏菇(Pleurotus ferulea)对实验小鼠连续灌胃10d,取其血清测定体液免疫功能,从外周血分离出淋巴细胞测定NK细胞活性;取腹腔巨噬细胞(MΦ)测定非特异性免疫功能,取红细胞进行红细胞免疫功能测定。实验发现,与对照组比较,P.ferulae能有效增强小鼠的体液免疫功能(P<0.05)且有剂量依赖关系;红细胞C3bR花环率明显提高,IC花环率有所下降,但对非特异性免疫功能、细胞免疫功能无明显影响。

Abstract:Different doses(250mg/kg,1250mg/kg,2500mg/kg)of Pleurotus ferulae were fed orally for 10 days.Humoral and cellular immune functions were detected:the effects of P.ferulae on the immune function of peritoneal macrophage and erythrocyte were also studied.The results suggested that comparing with control P.ferulae could increase humoral immune function(p<0 05)in a dose-dependent manner;RBC-C 3b R floral hoop rate increased significantly,but RBC-IC floral hoop rate decreased and the effects on nonspecific immunity were not marked.
