野菊花、金银花和芦荟复合提取液抑菌作用的研究

摘    要:采用平板琼脂打洞扩散法,对以野菊花、金银花和芦荟为原料的提取液及其组合的抑菌效果进行了试验研究。结果表明:与单一原料提取液的抑菌作用相比,野菊花、金银花和芦荟的复合提取液对常见菌种均具有很强的抑制作用;其对细菌的最小抑菌直径(mm)分别为大肠杆菌20.2、痢疾杆菌23.0、金黄色葡萄球菌23.2、伤寒杆菌19.0、白色念球菌21.8。通过正交试验得出最佳抑菌作用的配方是金银花1.0 g/ml、野菊花2.0 g/ml、芦荟2.0 g/ml。

Abstract:The antibacterial effects of the compound extrations,which were got from Lonicera japonica Thunb,Flos chrysanthemum and Aloe,were studied with the method of agar diffusion.The results showed that the compound extrations had the stronger antibacterial effects on the familiar bacteria;the least antibacterial diameter(mm) was Escherichia coli 20.2,shigella dysenteiae 23.0,staphylococcus aureus 23.2,typhoid bacillus 19.0,candida albicans 21.8,respectively.The orthogonal experiment showed that the best compatibility of antibacterial effect was Lonicera japonica Thunb 1.0 g/ml, Flos chrysanthemum 2.0 g/ml,Aloe 2.0 g/ml.
