摘    要:"工学结合"是实现高技能人才培养目标的有效途径。探讨了"工学结合"人才培养模式,研究和实践了食品营养与检测专业"3133"工学结合新模式,从该模式的研究目标和技术路线出发,重点介绍了其研究成果、实践实效和推广效果。实践表明,该模式适应了高职高专的高技能应用型专业人才培养的要求。

Abstract:The combination of working and learning was an efficient path to realize the purpose of high-skilled talents training.In this paper,the talent-cultivating model of the combination of working and learning were deepen,the new pattern would be researched and practiced,started from the model's research objectives and technology route,the research results,practice effectiveness and promotion effect would be introduced.The practices proved that the model adapted to the higher vocational high-skilled professionals in applied training requirements.
