茄子抗褐变品种筛选初步研究

摘    要:对华北地区日光温室茄子抗褐变机理进行了初步研究。结果表明,种植的4个品种中,紫光大圆茄果实的抗坏血酸(Vc)含量显著高于其它品种,而PPO活性低于其它品种,致使果实褐变程度较低,商品价值高。

Abstract:The theory of browning-resistant of eggplant in the solar greenhousewas preliminary studied. The results showed that the content of Vitamin C in thefruit of Ziguang DayuanQie was significantly higher than that of others among thefour varieties, while PPO activities was significantly lower than that of others,which lead to the browning of the fruit was the lowest, and the commodity valuewas the best. The result suggested that the browning of fruit was related to PPOactivities and the content of ASA.
