柴油机排气微粒净化装置的研制与再生技术的研究

摘    要:开发研制了一种柴油机微粒净化装置,该装置由补气、惯性沉淀和不锈钢丝网过滤三部分组成。试验表明:在对柴油机动力性、经济性影响比较小的情况下,该装置可大幅度降低微粒的排放量。外特性试验的平均净化率达87.5%,负荷特性试验的平均净化率为85.2%,自由加速时的净化率为80%。该装置采用逆向喷气再生方法,每隔2 h逆向喷气工作中再生效果明显,残余压力仅为0.7 kPa,且最大压降不变。

Abstract:The paper developed a Diesel particulate cleaning system that is made of three-class filter including air compensation,inertial deposit and a filter of stainless steel fibre.Experiments shows that the cleaning system could largely(reduce) the particulate emission but produce a little effect on the power and fuel consumption.The average efficiency of(cleaning) can arrived at 87.5% in the WOT characteristics,85.2% in load characteristics and 80% in free accelerate(experiment).The system adopted a regenerative system with reversal compressed air injection which injects air in every 2 hours.Their(residual) pressure was just only 0.7 kPa and the max pressure drop didn't change.
