| 摘 要： | 以复方环丙沙星注射液为对照,按急性毒性试验方法进行了复方环丙沙星乳剂的急性毒性试验。结果表明,复方环丙沙星乳剂最大耐受量为8 181.8 mg/kg,其乳酸环丙沙星的含量相当于临床推荐用量(2.5mg/kg)的2 727.3倍,为复方环丙沙星注射液LD50(LD50为1 058.93 mg/kg,LD5095%可信限为981.26 mg/kg～1 136.54 mg/kg)的7.726倍。因此,复方环丙沙星乳剂毒性显著降低,在治疗剂量范围内使用安全。 |

| Abstract: | According to the standard of acute toxicity test,the acute toxicity test is studied to evaluate the safety of compound ciprofloxacin emulsion for the veterinary clinic,the compound ciprofloxacin injection was used as control.The results showed that: the maximum tolerant dose of compound ciprofloxacin emulsion was 8 181.8 mg/kg;and the dosage of ciprofloxacin lactate in compound ciprofloxacin emulsion was 2 727.3 times of the recommended dosage(2.5 mg/kg) in clinical,which was 7.726 times of LD50 of the comp... |
