摘    要:氨基酸铜是一种有机微量元素添加剂,与无机铜相比,氨基酮铜具有减少铜与其它元素的拮抗、促进铜与其它矿物元素的吸收利用、减少由于铜排放对环境造成的污染等作用。文章综述了氨基酸铜的理化性质、生物学功能及其在动物生产中的研究与应用。

Abstract:Copper amino acid chelate is a new type of organic copper additive. Compared with inorganic copper salts, the chelate has many advanta- ges. It can reduce the contests between copper and other mutrients. Promote the ingestion and digestion of copper and other mineral elements, reduce the pollution of copper to environment and so on. The article mainly summarized the copper amino acid chelate physics and chemist~ characteristics, the biol- ogy function, the research advance and the application of the copper amino acid chelate used in the animals production.
