辣椒子叶离体培养和植株再生体系的建立

选用辣椒４个栽培品种和２个杂交亲本的子叶进行诱导不定芽分化、生长及生根成苗试验，从中筛选出３个较好的激素配方，建立了辣椒栽培品种的高效快速离体植株再生体系。外植体分化频率可达１００％，每外植体平均分化不定芽数１０．９个，出苗８￣１０株。发现添加氨基酸混合物（ＬＹ）对不定芽的诱导分化及生长有较强的促进作用。从子叶外植体培养起至再生苗出瓶需５０￣５５ｄ，最快的１批仅４４ｄ。

In Vitro Shoot Differentiation from Cotyledon Explants of Pepper(Capsicum annuum L.)

AIM and METHODS: Compare the effects of lisinopril(LP) and metoprolol(MP) on diastolic function and myocardial mass in chronic hemodialysis patients.Patients were divided into three groups. Alternation of left ventricular function and left ventricular hypertrophy were compared after twelve months' treatment. RESULTS: Both group 1 (LP) and group 2 (MP) had their blood pressure sink to the same degree. But heart examinations showed that after the therapy, left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVEDD), left ventricular end systolic diameter (LVESD), left ventricular mass (LVM), LVM corrected for body surface area (LVMI), interventricular septum diameter (IVS), left ventricular posterior wall diameter (LVPWD) and peak velocity of late diastolic filling (A) of group 1 were decreased significantly, while peak velocity of early diastolic filling (E) and ratio of early to late diastolic flow velocity (E/A) were increased significantly. Change of LVMI was in significant positive correlation with Bp-mean. There were not much change in group 2 and the control group. CONCLUSION: The present study showed that ACE-inhibitor had noticiable curative effect on chronic hemodialysis patients, with diastolic function improved and left ventrical hypertrohpy alleviated.
