安徽省交通运输业对空气污染的空间影响分析

采用2017—2021年安徽省地级市面板数据,构建时空双固定空间杜宾模型分析安徽省交通运输业和空气污染间的关系。研究结果表明:安徽省各地区的空气污染在空间上呈正相关性且存在明显的空间溢出效应;交通运输业各核心指标对空气污染的影响程度不尽相同,私人车辆拥有量、运输货物周转量与空气污染显著正相关,公路里程数的增加会抑制空气污染,运输旅客周转量对空气污染的正向影响不明显。建议通过控制机动车数量、推广绿色出行理念、构建生态城市、对公路建筑施工项目有针对性地制定污染治理机制等措施来降低空气污染问题。

An Analysis on the Spatial Impact of Transportation Industry on Air Pollution in Anhui Province

Based on the panel data of Anhui Province from 2017 to 2021, a "spatio-temporal double-fixed spatial Durbin model" is established to analyze the relationship between the transportation industry and air pollution in Anhui Province. The results show that air pollution in Anhui Province positively correlates in terms of space and has obvious spatial spillover effect. The influence degree of each core index of transportation industry on air pollution is different. Private vehicle ownership and cargo turnover show significant positive correlation with air pollution. The increase of highway mileage would inhibit air pollution, while the positive correlation of passenger turnover with air pollution is not obvious. In order to reduce air pollution effectively, it is suggested to control the number of motor vehicles, promote the concept of green travel, build an ecological city, and formulate the mechanism of pollution control in highway construction projects.
