输送机选材线各节长度及节数的研究

<正>输送机是贮木场选材作业中的一种主要机械,目前在国内外已广泛应用。与其他选材机械相比,它为贮木场进一步实现全盘机械化、自动化提供了有利条件。由于缺乏研究,在选材线的各节输送机设计上,输送机的节数、每节长度以及牵引构件规格等参数的确定,一直无法达到最优值,导致输送机选材线投资效果不佳,生产成本高。本文从理论上给出最优化数学模型解决参数的最优化问题。

STUDY ON THE LENGTH AND SEGMENT NUMBERS OF TANDEM CONVEYORS IN THE LOG SORTING LINE

ThiS paper mainly deals with how amethematicul model can be built up in -IP fferent conditions and how the most reasonable length of each segment can be worked out by the electronic computer when each segment of ring -steel -chain convevors was composed of the same-sized chain. It also gives out the most reasonable length based on the efficiency coefficient,then optimum segment numbers then can be estimated reasonably. The principle and method can also be applied to selecting the coefficient of the other types of the log sorting line.
