| 摘 要： | 文章通过研究沙棘啤酒的生产技术问题,探讨开发保健啤酒的新途径并对其酿造工艺进行分析。沙棘啤酒是以沙棘干果、麦芽为原料,采用不同的物料配比关系,选择优良的啤酒酵母,通过低温发酵等工艺进行酿制。
