| 摘 要： | 从分析同仁县草地畜牧业现状及制约畜牧业发展的主要因素入手,提出草地畜牧业发展思路是:实施改革,调整战略,完善和落实牧区各项政策;进行草地综合治理,缓解草畜矛盾;加强畜牧业结构调整,提高生产水平;控制牧区人口规模,提高人口素质;加强草地基础设施建设,提高防灾抗灾能力;加快畜牧业科技进步;强化草地监管力度。

| Abstract: | Through analyzing the current situation the restraining factor of meadow animal husbandry of Tongren County,proposing the development thinking of meadow animal husbandry:to implement policy adjustment strategy,perfect and implement every policy in the pastoral area;To control meadow in a comprehensive way,to alleviate contradiction between meadow and animal husbandry;To adjust structur of animal husbandry, improve the level of production;To control the population scale in the pastoral area ,improve the quality of the people,strengthen meadow infrastructure construction,improve the ability of preventing and fighting natural adversities;To accelerate the scientific and technological progress of animal husbandry;To strengthen meadow supervision. |
