| 摘 要： | 影响人造板砂光工序成本的主要因素有:砂带类型、砂粒粒度、砂光机选型、进料速度及管理方法等。本文结合生产实际情况,提出了降低人造板砂光成本的措施.结果表明,成本下降幅度可达65.1％.

| Abstract: | There are many factors influenced cost in sanding process of wood -based panel, for exmaple the type of sanding belt, the size of sand, the race of charge-in, the type of fini -sher belt grinder and the management method, etc. Combining with sanding production, the treatments of reducing cost in sanding process were recommended in this paper. The re suits showed that the range of reducing cost is going to be 65.1%. |
