禽流感油乳剂灭活疫苗的研制及应用

摘    要:采用分子生物学技术,用陕西省部分地区自然发病鸡群分离鉴定的AIV毒株,按不同的抗原含量研制成AIV的双价油乳剂灭活疫苗进行质量检验和安全试验。结果表明:该灭活疫苗符合兽药生物制品规程的要求;免疫易感鸡后3~5 d出现HI抗体,14 d达1:128以上,21~30 d达到高峰(1:1024),并维持3~6个月(1:256);用同源AIV毒株攻毒,5 d产生保护力,7 d达100%(5/5),保护期为9个月;疫苗4℃保护期暂定12个月。区域性免疫试验,免疫后第14 d抽血检验HI滴定在(1:128)以上。使用安全,效果可靠。

Abstract:In this study, using molecular biology mothod, the subgroup toxic strains of AIV isolated and identified from natural illness chickens in Shanxi province were mixed and prepared into bivalent oil-adjuvant inactivated vaccine, and this vaccine were tested on safety and quality. The result shows it is according to the disire of the rule of animal biology medicine, and HI antibody could be checked after 3-5 days, the titer is higher than 1:128 at 14th day and reached its peaks 1:1024 at 21-30 days post inoculation, it keeps 3-6 months 1:256; Chickens were challenged with isogenous AIV. The protective ability was made at 5th day and the ratio was 100% (5/5) at 7th day, the duration of protective could last for 9 months. Vaccine is no change provisional at 4 ℃ 12 months. Field trails indicated that antibody (HI) titer to 1:128 in the following 14 days after injected with vaccine.
