| 摘 要： | 兵团土地资源是兵团几代人经过半个多世纪屯垦戍边、艰苦奋斗创造的基业，是团场发展的重要资源，更是广大职工群众赖以生存的源泉，没有土地特别是耕地的资源保障，没有对团场土地的科学规划、严格管理、集约利用、合理流转，团场的基本经营制度就无法确立。

| Abstract: | Corps land resources is foundation created by several generations, is the important resources of corps development, and also is the source that workers depended on for existence, the basic management system of corps can not be established without resources guarantee of land, scientific planning, strict management, intensive use and reasonable conversion. |
