节瓜主要农艺性状的遗传相关与通径分析

摘    要: 选用8个节瓜品种研究了9个农艺性状的遗传相关和产量的通径分析。结果表明,农艺性状间的遗传相关一般大于表型相关。相关分析表明,单株节瓜产量与前期产量呈极显著正相关,遗传相关系数r=0.861一,与其它农艺性状相关不显著。通径分析表明,单瓜质量和结果数两个性状对产量形成的直接作用最大,这两个性状对产量的决定系数总和达0.9910,可以作为节瓜高产育种的主要选择性状。

Abstract:The genetic correlation and path analysis of 9 agronomic characters were studied with 8 cultivars of Chieh-qua. The results showed that the phenotypic correlations were lower than genetic correlations. The genetic correlation coefficient between the yield and the first ten days yield was very significant, r = 0.861 * * . The results on genetic path analysis showed that the yield was affected mostly by two agronomic traits, average fruit mass and the number of fruits by rum. Therefore, these two characters could be taken as selection characters for high yield.
