| 摘 要： | 社会主义新农村建设是构建和谐社会的重要基础,新农村建设的首要问题是发展生产,发展生产的关键是产业的选择.此问题在资源丰富、相对贫困的广大山区表现更为突出.结合对北京山区的概况分析,通过对不同资源背景下不同发展模式的北京山区脱贫致富的几个案例的分析,可以得出创新是促进农村经济发展的强大动力,提高基层组织领导经济发展的能力是富民增收的重要基础等启示.

| Abstract: | Socialism new country construction is an important base for making up a harmonious society. Production development is the first and important problem while the key to production development is the choice of industry. Such a problem is prominent for mountains area with abundant resource and relative poverty. From cases on taking off poverty to causing richness of Beijing mountains area, we deduce some important apocalypses that innovation is the mighty drive of country economic development and that the capabilities on gross root leader develop economy are the important base of richness causing and income increasing and so on. |
