| 摘 要： | “三农”问题是中国建设事业成败的关键，关系到改革开放的全局，要解决好这个问题，就要加快农村劳动力的转移，减少农民数量；坚持“以人为本”的发展理念，为农民做好“松绑”、减负、扶持三件事情；大力培育农民新型经济合作组织，建立农民养老金制度；完善农村社会主义市场经济制度体系。就如何破解“三农”问题提出了一些想法。

| Abstract: | Three-agricultural problem is the key of success or failure of our country construcuon, relating to reform and open of overall situation.To solve this problem, transfcring village labor force and decreasing the number of farmers are needed ;Insist the development principle for ＂make people the center＂. Work well in ＂ relaxation＂ , reduction of the burden and supporting for the farmer;Culture new economic cooperation organization and establish old age pension system for the farmer;Perfect socialism market economy system of the village.This text put forward some viewpoints on how to solve three-agricultural problem. |
