摘    要:用基因型为MsMs的大白菜雄性不育两用系'AB01'的不育植株,与基因型为msms的双单倍体可育品系'FH-1'杂交,构建BC1群体。采用BSA法,在不育池和可育池之间筛选512对AFLP引物组合,获得了与不育基因连锁的3个AFLP标记,并将其转化成SCAR标记syau_scr02、syau_scr03和syau_scr05。3个SCAR标记位于不育基因Ms的同一侧,与Ms的遗传距离分别为1.60、1.60和2.50cM。多态性检验表明,3个SCAR标记在'AB01'和12个msms基因型的自交系之间具有良好的多态性。

Abstract:To identify molecular markers tightly linked to the male sterility gene Ms in Chinese cabbage,a BC1 population was developed from the cross between male sterile plants(MsMs)and fertile double haploid line 'FH-1'(msms).AFLP primers were screened for polymorphisms between the parents and two bulks representing fertile and sterile plants.Out of 512 primer combinations,3 combinations gave polymorphic amplification patterns.These polymorphic amplicons were cloned and successfully converted to dominant SCAR marke...
