大棚草莓立体栽培最优层数栽培槽选择研究

摘    要:以‘红颊’草莓为试材,以常规地栽模式为对照,研究南方大棚草莓立体栽培模式产生的光温效应变化,分析A字型栽培架不同层数对草莓全生育期产量和果实品质的影响,筛选最优栽培槽层数。结果表明,A型架上层有较好的光温条件,在南方塑料大棚内应用A字型立体栽培架,早期(12月—次年2月)产量和产值明显优于常规地栽,后期(3—5月)由于植株早衰采收期提前结束,产量下降明显。整体来看,4层栽培槽模式下草莓果实品质更为优良,与常规地栽相比,早期产值明显提高59%,可以获得比常规地栽更为可观的经济效益,增产潜力较大,适合在草莓立体栽培中应用和推广。

Abstract:The optimized number of layers of stereoscopic cultivation was selected by studying the effect of light and temperature of different layers of stereoscopic cultivation on plant growth, yield and quality of fruit. The ‘Hongjia’ was used for comparing type A stereoscopic cultivation model with general plant model on the yield and fruit quality of strawberry during the whole growth period. The result show that the upper layer of the A model has better total solar radiation and temperature condition, the yield and fruit quality are significantly higher than that of general plant model in the early stage (from December to February), and the yield declines sharply in the late stage (from March to May) as the result of early senescence. In general, the yield of the A model with four layers could be increased by 59% in the early stage, and the fruit quality is much better compared with that of the control. This model could achieve more economic benefits than general planting model and has great potential for increasing yield, which is suitable for application and extension in strawberry stereoscopic cultivation.
