| 摘 要： | 蛋白质组学研究是后基因组时代功能基因组研究的重要手段,简述了蛋白质组学研究传统及新近的一些方法;详述了蛋白质组学在水稻发育中,环境胁迫下和水稻突变体三方面的应用研究;同时列出当前日益丰富的蛋白质组数据库,并对水稻蛋白质组学研究进行了展望。

| Abstract: | Proteomics is an important way to investigate the functional genome in the post-genome era.This paper reviews the traditional and late methods used in proteomics study.Three parts of rice proteomics research are introduced detailedly in development,environment stress and mutants.And the involved abundant rice proteomics databases are listed.Future perspective about rice proteomics is also presented. |
