超声波提取准噶尔山楂中的熊果酸与抗氧化研究

摘    要:采用超声波法提取准噶尔山楂中的熊果酸,探讨了准噶尔山楂中熊果酸超声波提取工艺的影响因素,并对熊果酸抗氧化性进行了研究。通过单因素实验和正交实验得出超声波提取的最佳条件:以50%乙醇为溶剂,功率75W、时间50min、温度50℃、料液比1∶40;熊果酸有较强的清除自由基能力,表现出明显的抗氧化性。

The Studies on the Ultrasonic Extraction of Ursolic Acid from Crataegus Songorica K. Koch. and Anti - oxidation Property

Abstract:An expermient about extraction of ursolic acid from Crataegus Songorica K. Koch. with ultrasonic waves, explored the factors affecting ultrasonic extraction of ursolic acid in hawthorn. The optmium conditions of extraction procedure were ob- tained by single factor and orthogonal test. The optmium conditions were as follows: concentration of alcohol 50% ,extraction temperature 50℃, extraction power 75W, extraction tmie 50min, ratio ofsolid to liquid 1: .40. The study also showed that the ursolic acid in Crataegus Songorica K. Koch. had strong capacity for scavenging freeradicals, therefore exhibited high antioxidantactivity.
