| 摘 要： | 千金子是我国传统中药材,为大戟科植物续随子(Euphorbia lathyris L).的干燥成熟种子。研究表明千金子含有脂肪油、二萜等多种化学成分。最近,国内外研究人员又分离出一些新的化学成分,取得新的研究进展。千金子具有广泛的药理活性,其应用价值引起了人们的广泛关注。该文综述了千金子的化学成分和药理作用的研究进展,为更好的开发利用千金子提供科学依据。

| Abstract: | Caper Euphorbia Seed（CES） is the traditional Chinese medicinal materials,as a Euphorbia plants caper spurge Euphorbia lathyris L.＇s dried ripe seeds.Many researches have shown that CES is composed of fatty oils,diterpenoids and other chemical components.Recently,domestic and foreign researchers have isolated a lot of novel chemical composition,and some new progress has been obtained.CES has broad pharmacological activities and application merits,which attracts more and more public attention.This paper aims to summarize the process of the studies on Chemical Component and pharmacological activity.This work can provide the scientific basis for better the utilization of CES. |
