优质蛹虫草菌种的快速选育方法

从人工栽培的蛹虫草子实体上分离得到Az和Bz2个群体菌株,观察其菌落形态并从中选取部分菌株进行子实体产生实验。结果表明,菌落颜色为杏橙色且气生菌丝较少的菌株摇培后菌丝球较小而且密集,出草率高且产量高;菌落颜色为淡柠檬黄色且气生菌丝多的菌株摇培后形成的菌丝球大且稀少,出草率低;菌落颜色为乳白色且气生菌丝浓密基本不出草。

Rapid Breeding Method of High Quality Cordyceps militaris Strains

Two progeny populations（Az and Bz） of C.militaris were isolated from artificial cultivated fruitbody.Characters of their colonies were observed and some stains were chosen for cultivation.The strains with apricot-orange and thin hypha colonies which form less hypha ball were more likely to produce fruitbody;The strains with light lemon and much hypha colonies which form little hypha ball were less likely to produce fruitbody;while The strains with ivory-white and more hypha colonies which form big hypha ball rarely produce fruitbody.
