| 摘 要： | 目的]观察灰树花多糖对甲醛中毒小鼠淋巴细胞的干预作用。方法]取3周龄小鼠，腹腔注射生理盐水和不同浓度的灰树花多糖，10d后制作甲醛中毒模型，正常对照组不作任何处理。利用淋巴细胞计数测定淋巴细胞的数目，利用流式细胞仪检测淋巴细胞的凋亡。结果]生理盐水组小鼠淋巴细胞数目降低，淋巴细胞凋亡率升高，中、高剂量灰树花多糖组淋巴细胞的损伤明显减轻，与生理盐水组的差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论]灰树花多糖对甲醛中毒小鼠淋巴细胞有保护作用。
