| 摘 要： | 阐述了扩大民主建设推进大学和谐校园构建的内涵、必要性与必然性，提出了扩大民主建设推进大学和谐校园构建的对策：（1）调动积极性，拓宽渠道，扩大民主建设；（2）加强制度建设，规范程序，扩大民主监督；（3）坚持党委领导，有序扩大民主。推进大学和谐校园构建。

| Abstract: | The intension of developing democracy to accelerate harmonious campus construction at eoUeges and universities is daborated, and its necessity and inevitibility are emphasized. Meanwhile the countermeasures to implement it are proposed as follows. （ 1 ） Arouse people＇s initiative and widen the channel. （2） Strengthen the institutional construction and standardize the procedures. （3） Uphold the leadership by Party committee and put the work in order, so as to develop democracy and aeederate harmonious campus construction at colleges and universities. |
