| Abstract: | The necessity to set up and perfect a standardizing mechanism for the construction of personnel cadres staff at colleges and universities is discussed. It includes conscious learning to standardize the ideology, legal handling to standardize the work style, being clean and honest and self-discipline to standardize the inspection, hearted service to standardize the quality, and making contribution to standardize vocational ethics, so as to promote the rapid development of colleges and universities. |
