海西区战略视角下的福建省自主创新发展研究

建设海峡西岸经济区战略把科技创新尤其是自主创新摆到十分突出的位置，是关系到海西经济可持续发展的重大战略抉择。本文分析了福建省自主创新发展现状与存在的问题，探讨了在未来较长时期福建省自主创新的方式和战略重点，并从科技经费投入、政策制度完善、科技平台搭建、人才队伍建设、创新环境营造等方面提出了推进福建省自主创新的对策措施。

Study on the development of independent innovation in Fujian Province from the perspective of the strategy of building an economic zone on the west side of the Taiwan Straits

The strategy of building an economic zone on the west side of the Taiwan Straits attaches great importance to independent innovation of science and technology, which is crucial for the sustainable development of economy of the zone. In this paper, based on current status analysis, the modes and strategic fields of independent innovation in Fujian Province in the coming longer period are discussed. Finally, some countermeasures are put forth for strengthening the independent innovation in Fujian Province in the regards of science and technology finance supporting, policy and institution improving, science and technology platform building, talents cultivation and innovation environment.
