磷胁迫下大豆叶片及根系酸性磷酸酯酶酶谱的研究

摘    要:通过营养液栽培试验,研究了低磷胁迫下4种不同磷效率基因型大豆叶片和根系的酸性磷酸酯酶(APase)同工酶的酶谱和活性变化.结果表明,大豆叶片和根系APase同工酶含量在低磷处理第10 d、20 d、30 d均比对照高,酶谱染色加深和谱带条数的增加,说明低磷胁迫增加该酶活性,磷高效基因型酶活性升高的幅度大于磷低效基因型.

Acid phosphatase zymogram of soybean leaf and root at Phosphorus stress
Abstract:The active change and zymogram of acid phosphatase isozyme in leaf and root of 4 soybean genotypes with different phosphorus use efficiency were studied under phosphorus stress in nutrient solution. The content of acid phosphatase isozyme in leaf and root of soybean was higher than that of the control on 10 d,20 d and 30 d after phosphorus stress treatment, while the zymogram dyeing was darker with more band, which showed that this enzymatic activity increased with phosphorus lstress, and the increase in amplitude of enzymatic activity of high phosphorus efficient genotypes was greater than that of low phosphorus efficient genotypes.
