| Abstract: | Atrial mass resection is possible in a limited number of dogs with hemangiosarcoma in which only the right atrial appendage or atrial free wall is involved, A pericardial patch graft can be used to reconstruct the right atrium after resection of large atrial tumors. Tumor-free margins can be obtained by use of this technique. |
