北仑临港工业区循环经济发展研究

指出了北仑临港工业区按照循环经济理念和发展规律,积极推进企业、社会、政府三方联动,取得了初步成效。随着时代的发展,临港工业区经济发展正处于工业化高级阶段,并开始向发达经济的初级阶段迈进,临港工业区循环经济面临新的挑战。以北仑临港工业区为例分析了临港工业区发展循环经济的必要性,探讨了当年存在的主要问题,提出了今后发展循环经济的对策,为临港工业区的健康可持续发展提供参考。

Exploration and Thinking about Developing Cyclic Economy in Beilun Harbor Industrial Zone

Beilun Harbor Industrial Zone has obtained preliminary effects by complying with cyclic economy philosophy and development principle and by positively promoting the linkage among enterprise,society and government.With the development of the times,the economic development of Harbor Industry Zone is currently at the advanced stage of industrialization and starts entering into junior stage of developed economy.Meanwhile,the development of cyclic economy of Harbor Industry Zone is facing new challenges.Taking Beilun Harbor Industrial Zone as an example,this paper introduces its necessity of developing cyclic economy in Harbor Industry Zone,analyses the main problems and proposes the relevant strategies of developing cyclic economy,in order to provide successful experiences for the healthy and sustainable development of Harbor Industrial Zone.
