| 摘 要： | 以无公害辣椒栽培种中影响较大的5个因素,采用五因素二次正交回归设计方法,从经济性状和品质等方面研究无公害辣椒的关键栽培技术。结果表明:影响辣椒生长性状的主要因素是移栽时间和密度;各处理辣椒的产量、辣椒素含量和VC含量的最高值出现在零水平下在各方面都有较好的表现。
