摘    要:竹子援外培训是中国对外援助的重要组成部分。自20世纪末以来,埃塞俄比亚积极参与中国举办的各类竹子援外培训项目,培养了一大批具有第一手实践经验的竹产业人才。文章概述了埃塞俄比亚国家及竹产业发展的基本情况,详细阐述了中国对埃塞俄比亚的竹子培训及其在人才培养、技术进步、机构与政策建设、绿色发展方案以及扩大双边合作5个领域中取得的成效。中国竹子援外培训推动了埃塞俄比亚竹产业的可持续发展,带动了整个非洲的竹产业发展繁荣,有利于深化南南合作,并对实现联合国千年发展目标做出了贡献。

Abstract:The training program on bamboo is a significant part of China's foreign-aid programs. Since the end of 1990s, Ethiopia has been an active participant of China's foreign-aid training programs on bamboo and thus has cultivated substantial talents with practical experiences for its own bamboo industry development. The paper firstly summed up the national condition of Ethiopia and its bamboo industry development, and discussed in detail China's training programs on bamboo provided to Ethiopia as well as the achievements made in the 5 fields, i.e., talent cultivation, technology advancement, institution and policy development, green and sustainable development strategy as well as the bilateral cooperation expansion. China's foreign-aid training programs on bamboo has promoted the sustainable development of bamboo industry in Ethiopia and in Africa. It is believed that this would further push the South-South cooperation and contribute to the MDGs.
